FICA is a festival that aims to promote the well-being, participation, non-discrimination and inclusion of the elderly population, increasing interaction with society and the autonomy of seniors. It encourages society to active and healthy aging, promoting well-being, health, quality of life and personal fulfillment by providing a platform for the elderly to express themselves and share their lifelong knowledge.
